Items needed for all new students:

* Birth certificate

* Social Security Card

* GA Form 3231

* GA Form 3300

* Proof of Residency(lease/mortgage statement, gas, water or light bill)

* Parent photo ID 

 

Bring online confirmation to the school after completion along with the above items.
